Free Loomigurumi Bee Pattern!

Hello! Today I am here to share a cute little Loomigurumi (Amigurumi for crochet but using Rainbow Loom bands) bee pattern!

This is super easy if you know the basics (I recommend watching this whale tutorial by Disney Loomer to learn). So here is the written pattern for this adorable bee!

Supplies:
Black bands
Yellow bands
Clear or white bands
Animal safety eyes
Rainbow Loom metal hook or crochet hook
Polyfill

Abbreviations:
sc = single crochet
inc = increase
dec = decrease
st = stitch/es
Y = yellow bands
B = black bands
C = clear bands

Stinger:
To make the stinger, wrap a black band around your hook 4 times. Double loop a band and pull it through the cap band. Double loop another band and pull that through your previous double looped band. Pull one band through the band on your hook and make a slip knot. Using a pair of scissors, cut the slip knot in half. You can now continue making the body of the bee.

Body Pattern:
Using Y
Round 1: 6 sc in a circle
Round 2: Inc all around (12 st)
Round 3: *Inc, sc. Repeat from * all around (18 st)
Add stinger by tying the cut ends through the center of the bee. (picture included)

Round 4: *sc, inc, sc. Repeat from * all around (24 st)
Round 5-6: sc all around (24 st)
Using B
Round 7-11: sc all around (24 st)
Using Y
Round 12-15: sc all around (24 st)
Round 16: *sc, dec, 2 sc. Repeat from * all around (19 st)
Round 17: *sc, dec, sc. Repeat from * all around (14 st)
Add eyes and stuff with polyfill
Round 18: *sc, dec. Repeat from *. sc in last st. (10 st)
Round 19: dec all around (5 st)
Round 20: dec all around, close off.

Wings:
Round 1: 6 sc in a magic circle. But instead of your center circle band being tripled, just double it so that it's looser.
Round 2: Turn your hook around and go inside of the stitch before the one you just made. sc in each stitch.
You should have a semi circle shape.
Make a slip knot chain to "sew" the wings on.]

So, I hope that was easy to understand! Please don't try making this unless you have experience making Loomigurumi. If you have any questions, you can just comment and I'll do my best to better explain what you didn't understand!

Here are some more shots of my bee!

PEACE OUT!

Long Time, No Post!

Hello! I realized I haven't posted here in almost a year! So this is just a post saying I'll try and be more active. I'll be posting things like Loomigurumi patterns (loomigurumi is like amigurumi for crochet, but you use Rainbow Loom bands), what crafty things to pack when going on a road trip, what to pack for Summer camp (once I actually go), and what to pack in your carry-on (if we fly there). So yeah! Bye!
